Josh
Josh has spent most of his working life in property and would not have it any other way. Growing up in a family where every home was a fixer upper, it was almost inevitable.
Before founding The Property Folk, Josh worked as a Lettings Manager with one of Gloucestershire’s longest established estate agencies. During this time, he managed large rental portfolios, carried out hundreds of valuations, and was the chap responsible for the day to day management of the agency.
Josh set up The Property Folk because he wanted to do things properly. Fewer clients, better communication, and a more hands on approach where people genuinely know who they are dealing with.
Outside of work, Josh is a keen golfer and a lover of the countryside. If he’s not on a golf course, he’ll be up a hill or wading through muddy puddles.
Hannah
Hannah has worked in property for close to a decade. Having moved home almost 10 times, she has seen some horror stories and knows exactly how to avoid them.
Before she founded The Property Folk, Hannah spent over seven years as a mortgage and protection consultant, guiding people through big decisions and helping them plan for their future with confidence.
Having gone through so many house moves, Hannah got tired of the typical estate agent waffle, big promises, and shoddy service. She is straight talking, a whizz at sales progression, and incredibly efficient.
When she is not working, Hannah loves riding horses, going for walks with the children, or cooking the family a wonderful meal.
Albus
Albus has spent his whole life in mud, water, and just about anywhere he can cause chaos.
Before Josh and Hannah dragged him into estate agency, he was peacefully sleeping, dreaming about all the mud, filth, and sticks he could bring home. He is often described as a well behaved hooligan, and we can only agree with the hooligan part.
For the dog lovers, Albus is always happy to attend appointments, but only if snacks are provided.
